Chronic Fatigue Causes
Fatigue is very common. Tiredness is something inevitable
and quite self explanatory. In fact, it is a condition that is
experienced by everyone. Fatigue can also be a symptom of many
illnesses.
Chronic fatigue syndrome, on the other hand is a poorly
understood condition that implies multi-systemic diseases that
are also very rare.
The chronic fatigue causes are also still
unidentified. However, the importance of understanding this
disorder is required to be able to know the proper treatments
suitable for each and every patient. While even after all the
studies conducted and the cause is still uncovered, researchers
were able to identify some possible causes and contributing
factors.
The following are identified to be triggers in the
development of chronic fatigue syndrome:
- Virus infection
- Traumatic conditions
Traumatic conditions, as the term implies, consist of
circumstances where the ability of a person to adapt or
cope weakens whenever encountering a similar situation.
These conditions are usually hard to cope up from, and a
lot of people are even afraid of trying how to since it
will make them remember.
- Stress
Stress has been identified to be one of the top
contributing factors that increase the risk of developing
chronic fatigue syndrome. While a lot of people use coping
mechanisms that involve activities that tire themselves,
and may seem to be quite effective in making them “forget”
even just for a while, the stress as a result plus
remembering what they are trying to cope from makes them
more vulnerable to CFS.
- Toxins
