Tight chest breathing

It’s a classic sign of heart attack, to have that tight chest breathing. If this is observed by the patient, then it is recommended that there should be an immediate consultation with a health professional. For others, a one hour or a two hour waiting time is observed. But this will not work as this will only complicate things. But make no mistake about this; this kind of feeling in the chest can lead to serious issues so immediate actions should be taken.

People will often think that this kind of feeling is an indication of a heart attack. But in truth, there are many possible causes of this kind of pain. The causes can range from mildly inconvenient to serious ones. And any tissue or organ within the chest area can be the source of tight chest breathing. Angina can also be considered to be a reason of chest pain and this kind of pain is similar to the pain felt with a heart attack. There are other causes of chest pain and that list will include asthma which is generally accompanied by shortness of breath and cough, pneumonia which is a blood clot in the lung and the condition can also be caused by the strain or an inflammation of the muscles or the tendons in between the ribs.

Based on some research and studies, anxiety and rapid breathing are also causes of this condition. Tight chest breathing that can be experienced by the patient can also be linked to the issues with the person’s digestive system.
